ARPLATIA KMA was founded in 2002 with the purpose of providing a technological and comprehensive solution to the management of vehicle claims and repairs.<\/p>\n
Being a frontrunner in this business, it has developed an IT platform that meets the needs of insurance companies, insurance brokers, corporate fleets, and repair shops.<\/p>\n
As part of the project, it launched the first fully computerized national network of repair shops in Spain, together with BPO services. These were ground-breaking technological innovations and solutions for the insurance market at that time.<\/p>\n
Subsequently, we formed a commercial partnership with BASF Coatings S.A., and became responsible for the management of the repair and workshop network of this reputable corporation, which operates in 123 countries.<\/p>\n
In 2004 ARPLATIA expanded its software Factory under the name of ACM Technology, and created a department dedicated to consulting and software development specialized in automobile manufacturers and workshops, as well as insurance companies and insurance brokers.<\/p>\n
In 2011 the company commenced its international business activities. It moved its headquarters from Spain to the United Kingdom and opened commercial offices in Mexico and the United States.<\/p>\n
Currently, ARPLATIA KMA has a team of more than 70 high-tech specialists and claims management experts involved in the handling of more than 260,000 claims per year, being a point of reference in the market both for the quality of its services and its technological solutions.<\/p>\n
